We still have our 12 year old bluish silver MGM-Mirage cards and they still work.

Same MGM card I have as well. I used to have a boatload of cards but most mysteriously disappeared, only have about a dozen now.

I got a giggle out of that comment!!!!
He was shaming the player off of the table?
What an ass!
HA HA HA HA!
Thanks for the post!

I have a 3" boner for anyone that want to buy my old cards for $3. Shipping included to the lower 48.
People BUY this stuff?
Go ahead,check out my assortment!
Use 'em on your bicycle to make it sound like a motorcycle,an ice scraper,a guitar pick!
I just toss the old cards that got replaced with the new models, anyway.
I think that there are a few that has the old-school punch holes in them.
Big deal.
Nothing B-4 the 90's.
Who started these things anyway? Stupak?Benny?
I WILL buy one from the Silverbird in 'Vegas for $3.Shipped to Seattle.
Who else wants to share their collection?

Another good story.....A female dealer at the Silverton in October busted my son - the same one that got the bingo comment at the Eastside Cannery. We were playing a "pitch" blackjack game and he kept grabbing his cards with two hands which is not allowed. After telling him several times, not to use two hands, she said "one hand - just like in the shower". The whole table cracked up.
Have players cards from a number of Vegas places. Just keep them in the desk drawer until we are packing for a trip. Usually sort through them and decide which ones I may need. Typically 10-12 at the most and usually only use about 6-7 of them.
Between vegas and the east coast, about 25
I have a stack of old player's card in my "travel stuff" dresser drawer - probably 20 (from back when all casinos had a separate card). They make me smile when I'm looking for some misc items to pack.
But I only have a couple of cards I actively carry to LV, the casinos we get comps from:

CET, Stations, M, Silverton, MLife

I have two that I keep in my car for local casino trips: WInStar, Choctaw
I just made sapphire status at the Boyd's properties. Wheeee! 25,590 points.
