Liberal policies of love haven't worked so well for the American Indian. Liberals are now bringing the same policies of love to the black community, and just like the Indian, these policies have caused the black community to implode.

Conversely, conservative policies which Marcy considers hateful, would have lead to successful Indian and Black cultures of self sufficiency and family. His favorite policies have crushed the Indian, and are half way done crushing the black man. Conservative policy is about results and Liberal policy is about feelings.
