How will the Senate pay for extended unemployment costs?

The Senate have passed a bill to give 5 more months of unemployment benifits to those who have already received 6 months of benifits. How will this $10 billion giveaway be paid for, by the way?

1. One of the "revenue sources" will come from "extended custom user fees through 2024".

2. The second revenue source will be generated by allowing "companies to change the way they pay in their pension programs", whatever the hell that means.

As usual, the can is kicked down the road. We give money away today, and we promise to collect the "revenue" ten years from now. I'd love to hear how the heck changing company pension funding laws pays for anything?

Oh, sorry about that. The full article can be read in today's USA Today, and it's titled "Senate approves jobless aid bill".
I received unemployment for almost 18 months while looking for work. I don't claim to understand the legerdemain required to find the requisite funds among the slush, waste and graft we've all come to accept... I just know I spent the money on goods and services and paid taxes on every penny.

The article should read " Senate approves more free money to those who are taking advantage of "free" money while refusing to look for a job bill". Once again the ultra liberals have caved in to the cry baby free loaders and have given them their "free money" pacifier. But what else would one expect from the Obama Socialist regime? I ask of all of you who have jobs, how much longer are you willing to support these freeloaders with your ever increasing tax dollars? If you want this insanity to stop, then quit electing all of these bleeding heart liberals who care only about getting votes while they give away your tax dollars.

any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods
2
a : a system of society or group living in which there is no private property
b : a system or condition of society in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state
3
: a stage of society in Marxist theory transitional between capitalism and communism and distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according to work done
smoke and mirrors, steal from our future, how else?
I like the "as usual" comment.

The deficit has been cut in half under this administration largely on the philosophy that government spending needs to be paid for....a concept completely foreign to the previous administration. I get worried when the government says they will pay for something by cutting taxes which is the standard sales pitch of politicians Boilerman historically has voted for.
I'm confident that America ran a $412,000,000,000 deficit for the first 6 months of fiscal year 2014 because American politicians have regularly "kicked the can down the financial road" in the past.

After almost tripling the deficit oabama and company now brag that they reduced it in half.

Most of the reduction is due to increased tax revenue from obamacare, while at the same time obamacare has incurred very little expenses. Once the expenses come into line with the revenue the deficit increases rapidly until all tax revenue will go to social security, medicare and bond interest
