The Hubble telescope

I just watched a really cool show on the Hubble telescope.(yea I'm kind of a nerd when it comes to watching that kinda stuff). What it took to fix that thing , that they were even able to repair it, while up there is really amazing. The whole "glitch" that happened to the lens that the outer rim was polished to w/in a mm of what it wa supposed to be, that was a fraction of a human hair, which made the whole thing blurry and, well, made it somewhat of a failure.

Once they came up with a solution and it worked, the pics were just amazing. The depths of space that came into focus were so incredible, it also brought into focus just how incredibly small our tiny little solar system is and it makes you realize how small and insignificant forkie really is.

J/K Forkie, I don't know where that came from but I thought it was funny, it is a good show, highly recommend

I prefer the term humble.

You know, how I wouldn't presume to instruct the brilliant scientists who made the Hubble happen. Just as I wouldn't presume to believe my knowledge is superior to the vast majority of scientists when it comes to evolution, climate change, the deadly effects of smoking, the safety of vaccinations and GMOs, and so on.

I may not be all that, but I'm much better than the folks who engage in that kind of activity.

At 60 words per minute with 100% accuracy! I may not be all that, but I'm a pretty fair typist.

HAHAHA, gotta love ya forkie, one of a kind for sure.

It is amazing that they trained the astronauts just how to do that delicate work in the rigors of space.
