Well I got the humidity to come up slightly,around 62%.I even emailed the company I bought it from and they told me to replace the battery.What????. So I took the hygrometer completly apart and no battery.Anybody have one with a battery?

Yup. No battery in an analog hygrometer.

Maybe I'll just look into buying a new guage.

Went out and bought a digital hygrometer and it worked.This morn the humidity was up tp 68%.Much more accurate than the analog one mounted in the front.Thanks for the responses.
