Hypothetical foodie question

You are comped a free Vegas dinner. Any restaurant, any cuisine, sky's the limit. Any and all drinks are included. What are you going to order? I myself have not decided yet. How about you?

A big Porterhouse Steak, Salad, Baked Potato, and a Jack n Coke...
I would love to try the Degustation tasting menu at Joel Rubicon with wine pairings.
I am sure i could not eat it all but it would be fun trying.
it would definitely be one of the tasting menus at one of the places I would never pay for a meal with my own money. Possibly Rubichon or Guy Savoy. But I would need to look over the offerings at the pricier joints at Aria and Cosmo and read the reviews before making a decision

If its a swanky joint do I need to conform to the dress code or can I just wear a tshirt with flip flops...and maybe pants?

I'd take a porterhouse, baked potato, sauted 'shrooms and a nice red wine (semi sweet) or a Lambic beer.

That's the ticket.

I've always wanted to eat at Picasso. That's where I'd probably go. Had the chance last year, but I chose Le Cirque instead. It was above average.
