I am canceling the RS Evaluation

That said, and to piggy back on a previous post, any novice gambler that attempts to make a killing at VP, either with Singer's system or mathematically sound strategy could lose a boatload of money.

Is that the conclusion?

"Could lose"? That statement was even true 10-15 years ago when winning was easy. Look at Singer. He lost his inheritance and went bankrupt in the 90s when 5+% edges were available. The difference today is a matter of degrees.

The only conclusion anyone SHOULD take out of a gambling discussion is winning is based on statistical probabilities. When you increase those probabilities you have a better chance of being successful. Playing negative games with ER reducing special plays will only REDUCE one's chances of being successful.

So, stay away from people who claim math is not useful and understand the math if you want the best chance of winning.

Or, just play for fun and never gamble more than the entertainment value of that money.

I don't think Frank says anything remotely similar to you.
Frank advises, in all CAPS, people not to try to make a living off the increasingly slim pickings of today's VP world.
You, from your perch in Minnesota, claim that this is not only a viable career choice but that you know plenty of people doing it. Your constant harping on other people having "zero math skills" thus strikes one as a bit of projection.

Have you been taking lying classes from Singer? Where have I said anything of the kind? I guess your reading comprehension is as poor as your video making.

All I ever did is point out the fallacy in your thinking when you said these activities were impossible. I've never said it was a wise career choice. In fact, long before Frank ever appeared on the forum scene I stated that anyone who could be successful at VP would likely do better in other endeavors. These days it takes more than just being able to play well.

Of course, I do know a few people "doing it" (which is all I've ever said), but not "plenty". One has to laugh heartily at your redefinition of my views in order to try and make yourself look less foolish. Too bad it didn't work. Now, you look even more foolish.

OK, so now I have some questions:
Just how much was that inheritance?
What amount did he go bankrupt for?
Does his claim of winning $1 million profit include those numbers, or could/is he technically a "long term" loser, or smaller winner, using creative accounting to show his wins only "Since developing the SPS", while the reality of the matter MAY be that he's lost perhaps close to $1 million prior to bankruptcy as an AP, and probability has finally reached long term for him and hen than "retired"?

For those who "believe" in the "long run", perhaps this scenarion may help to explain his claims, although the reality could be an incredibly bad streak (Even with high percentage +EV in those years), followed by an incredibly lucky streak, (since SPS) and when the past 30-40 years (give or take) are taken into consideration cumulatively, we MIGHT find his results, if accurate numbers were available, to be near the expectation for the games and conditions.

Perhaps probability reached the long term, and no one really knows because we may not have all the information needed.

Just wondering.

::: shrug :::

Dude (FK) is being very un-dude right now.

Sounds like maybe RS blackmailed you into stopping the book.

So much cloak and dagger. Someone should write a book about the writing of the book.

Sorry thlh but the real crock of shit is continous jibber that we have to hear from the messiah Money LA who like some false prophet is trying to recruit new followers for supposed savior of Video Poker Mr. Singer.

Little does he know that he doesnt sway the masses and his message is a lost cause.

Now can I get a amen and a hallalujah!

===========================================================

UMM...NO! Messiah MLA? False prophet? Being a tad over dramatic? I really don't get where you people keep pushing the idea that he's trying to sell sell or push RS's system,all i ever got and what he has said repeatedly is KEEP AN OPEN MIND to other ideas. Nothing more or less. Draw your own conclusions and love it,hate it dont give a shit or whatever about it. I believe thats pretty much how FK approaches things as well. Try and learn something from any and all things presentd to you and decipher whatever you want out of it. He sure as hell doesn't appear to be 'recruiting' anyone on anything.

As far as trying to push people to his website to increases traffic there? PFFFFT! How much could he have increased and how much could he have benefited? A few 1000 hits,at best? I don't know what that actually equates to,but it cant be very much. I do know it takes A lot more than that to make anything. It sure seemed to me he only brought it up because thats where RS can post and said "go read his postings ther for yourself".
I also think the same can be said for FK and the ridiculous accusations of him trying to come here and push his book. Total BS!

Why in the world would a anyone commit so much time here to make hundred bucks(or less)?

JOHN
Oh yea, concerning the cancellation, i think its a total crock as well with one caveat. If you want to cancel it because of how much shit you have recieved by some here(which i thought was pretty rude and very uncalled for IMO) then i can't blame you at all,as a matte of fact i wouldn't blame you for not posting here anymore at all.
BUT.. If its for any other reason then its total BS. I agree,why in the world would you keep stringing people along and at the very end and then pulling the rug out at the last minute is just plain wrong ,and to boot you say"there's a reason why i wont share it,BUT... i won't tell you". PFFFT!!

All DonDiego had to do was ask two or three questions on this forum and visit the other forum a few times to conclude that it was "TOTALLY HARMLESS" to him, as he had no way to implement an undefined "method".

DonDiego's knowledge of mathematics leading to an understanding of any game comprising well-defined independent trials and a known payoff-table remains confirmed. (n.b. Blackjack comprises dependent trials so long as the deck is not shuffled.)

"for FK and the ridiculous accusations of him trying to come here and push his book."

Slightly off topic, but does anyone know who made these um, er, interesting allegations?
