I congratulated you because I first of all thought it might have been a marriage or at least a marriage proposal. I thought new house second, which is still worth a congratulations.

Now after the other thread of fixing a place up, do you have a fixer upper or is it done or almost done?

Actually there is a small area of grass.
The Southern Nevada Water Authority will give us a rebate if we remove it.
We intend to do just that and replace it with a desert theme landscape.
