Is 6 weeks too long to plan on staying with you guys? (Thinking WSOP 2016 which would be the end of May, June, beginning of July 2016)

The wife and I just got back from a 8 day stay in Vegas and spent some time in Sumerlin. Would like to spend a lot more time in Sumerlin. Could definitely see us retiring there.

Upon my retirement,I did think of moving ALL of my stuff there,but backed off.

I hope you are close the the local Home Depot/Lowe's 'cause you will be a fixture at those places.
I'm just an auto mechanic, so I cannot help so much with the remodel,but I have been a home owner for 22 years and I can help with electrical,plumbing, sheetrock and framing.
And I work for beer,at the end.

Is it starting to get hot enough yet? Actually, can't be any worse than back here, fricking sweltering. If it's possible DC can have 125% humidity, we got it. Just had a passing shower and now see the steam rising up from the asphalt.
