I DON'T BELEIVE MY FREAKING EYES!!!!!

I just received an email from the Stratosphere offering me a room for $45 a night with.... hold on to your hats.... NO RESORT FEES.

That's all from me.

Ray
Horse pukkie. $45? Tell them.... No,don't even email them back.
You can do way better.

I want a free room and no Resort fees,or I'll...
Just not stay there.

They are offering rooms for a COMP lately, because that HEAT will kill fat people.
No way will I go there, now.

$45 my ass,Sir.
Nice try.

I would not do it for a comp room. Not at the Strat, anyway.
Like I said, you can do way better.
Keep shopping and deleting.

I just blew off 6 free nights in July and August.Well,it was just for downtown casino/hotels.
I'll wait for the season that I wanna go.
I'll wear my lucky shirt.

I just happy to see the words "NO RESORT FEES" from any hotel anywhere near the strip in Vegas. Don't be such a "Debbie Downer"

The room is really $24 plus a $25 resort fee but since they roll it in all together, people are exalting.

Wouldn't you prefer a free room with a $25 resort fee?
EllenMonster- quote "Wouldn't you prefer a free room with a $25 resort fee?" ------ An oxymoron if ever I saw one.
How to beat a resort fee:

Figure out, in minutes, how long it will take to lose the amount of the resort fee at the tables or on a slot machine. (Don't forget to add in tax on the fee.)

Each day (or night) that the fee applies, get up and walk around, view the landscape, people watch, take a nap, something other than gambling, for that period of time.

The resort fee then ceases to be a factor.
kudos to the Strat for that one. at least it is clear pricing up front, even though you still may find a better offer.

Like you said, I'm just happy to see honest pricing, not some "bait and switch" deal like they have now.
