Sorry

Edited: Even worst it wouldn't accept the fact that I clicked on cancel. It just kept bring up the pop-up asking me to accept or cancel.

Facebook is getting a bit too intrusive for comfort. Anytime you use your FB user name and password to use a service outside of FB it asks if FB can tell your friends what you do with the service, like watching a particular movie. Also, I'd always thought that there was no way to tell if you'd viewed someone's profile. I've found out that's not the case. I'd never scrolled through the "People You May Know" feature, but glanced to the right of the page a couple of months ago and it suggested that I might know Audrey Faith Perry Hill. That definitely caught my attention and I started scrolling through from time to time. A lady that lives in Tehran, Iran was the first person on the list for a couple of weeks. We didn't have any mutual friends at first. That tells me she got to the top of the list by looking at my profile a number of times. Either that or FB has a seriously screwed up algorithm.

Facebook is banned in Iran. That 'lady' is probably the Ayatollah keeping an eye on you.

A ban doesn't mean people don't still use it.

I thought it weird that she was staying at the top of the list and I knew she had to have some connection to me to find my profile. I looked and all of her friends(around 15) at the time had Persian names. I looked at all of her friends and found the connection. One of her friends lives in Denver and we had a mutual friend. A short time later she became friends with the friend of mine.

I know, it's extremely annoying when I'm trying to post in whatever forum and it want's me to sign in using FB. No thanks, I'll pass.

Remember all you FB'ers just because you set your privacy settings once, they switch back to the God and everyone else setting can see after so long and everyone knows your like's,ds you may click and anything and everything else you do.

The world's gettin' smaller and smaller day by day.

That's what the Ayatollah wants you to think.

So you think I should remove "The Satanic Verses" by Rushdie from my favorites list?

I was horrified recently when I saw my phone number on my FB page. I don't even remember adding it. Probably came from a service that linked to FB. I did notice that supposedly it's only visible to me, but I removed it just in case.

You're flirtin' with a fatwa.

And, the OP just wanted to help her daughter's dance club.
