I didn't see very much construction going on the last time I was out there.
If I'm correct, the closest "casinos" are at The Strip.
Henderson is well planned,
and they are still constructing houses, condos, shopping areas, etc.
I would say that Mountains Edge offers a low price along with
getting away from all the congestion, traffic, .....and conveniences.

Offhand, I'm thinking Red Rock, Rampart, Suncoast, South Point and Silverton would be quickest to get to. Plenty of time o explore my options.
