I told you so about Tim Tebow

One lucky pass he got against the Steelers and you'll nevr let it go. All he didwas get lucky, not "all he does is win", one game does not a winner make. (and I kinda like Tebow).

jatki99- you make it sound as if Tebow came into the game and only quarterbacked one play - if I remember right, he played the whole game. The overtime touchdown pass play was just icing on the cake. As I have said, ALL he does is win. If he did not "Tebow" on the sidelines and if he conducted himself like most of the thugs in the NFL, he would be playing.
Tebow's career record is 9-7 with a QB rating of 75.3.

Saying that all he does is win is a bit of a stretch.

Tebow wins more games than his QB rating would indicate.

QB rating is not the be all, end all.

For example, Jim McMahon has a lifetime QB rating of 78.2 with 100 TD passes and 90 Picks

Jay Cutler has a lifetime QB rating of 85.0 with 184 TD passes and 131 picks.

Somehow, I like Jim McMahon better --- all he did was win.....
Will the Cowboys pick up Tebow?
I believe Cutler to be an average NFL QB. I believe that McMahon was minimally better, yet better. In McMahon's era, the Bears had one of the best defenses of all time.

I don't care if Tim Tebow never completes another pass in the NFL. He is wholesome and handsome. He has my vote!

Or RG III ?

Ouch. The Cowboys have only one healthy QB on the roster now. The Cowboys need to pick up two QBs not one. I am not sure projects like Tebow and RG3 would do them much good.
