If One Doesn't Care for Free Speech, . . . .

Drawing a swastika(or anything else) on property that doesn't belong to you is a crime and, of course, not free speech. Placing a swastika on your property is protected free speech as long as it doesn't violate any local government ordinances. Using racial epithets, as long as it's not done in a threatening way, is free speech. Otherwise, the KKK and Black Panthers would never get a permit to hold a rally. Should anyone ever be subjected to a slur of any kind, provided it's not used in a menacing way, the proper response is to ignore it or laugh it off.

Everyone has an angle. Well, except those SJW folks.

I don't recall anyone challenging the right to post that video, that it was a pretty vile and tasteless use of kids/little thugs in a video is what was in question.

DonDiego refers snidely to esteskefauver's post of 11/10/15 6:58 PM for a thoughtful response with which DonDiego concurs. DonDiego would add:

i. If poor old DonDiego were to encounter a fecal swastika he would be more likely to contact a janitor than a policeman, . . . or he would notify teechur if it were found in his house.

ii. DonDiego suggests the creator of the fecal swastika might well employ the "Piss Christ Defense" if his work is in a public space and he were charged with a property crime, . . . i.e. it is "art".

iii. For the record to his knowledge DonDiego has never employed his own dung in any public display. He has however attempted to write his name in the snow with his urine; it was illegible.

I don't believe that Conservatives on this site have suggested that we penalize those speaking "hurtful" or "hateful" words about Trump. Liberal college administrators at Missouri were filmed demanding that those who didn't tow the Liberal line be removed from protest sites, effectively stifling their free speech. Senior level administrators seem to support stifling free speech, as police were only removing those disagreeing with the Black Lives Matter folks.

A Proposed Form for Police Officers responding to citizens offended by hurtful comments :

Ah, I see. White male of above average intelligence ridicules minority folks for feeling picked on. Calls it free speech. Says they should "toughen up".

You could add "I am entitled, just ask my parents", but I suppose that would come under "other".

Also, "Someone flipped me the bird."

I oppose free speech. I think everyone should contribute a quarter for their speech. The country could set up an entitlement fund for those that cannot afford a quarter. Of course, that means that everyone else ought to contribute 50 cents for their speech in order to provide for those who can't afford free speech. Just sayin.

Great Scott! Its already started! Police have made an arrest against an AMerican citizen for exercising his god-given right to contribute "hurtful speech" in the great Missouri PC-crybaby festival . In this case that speech came in the form of death threats against Missouri Students at the college.

I dont see any link to a gofundme account for this poor chap's defense fund - but I'm sure Don Diego can lend him some much needed moral support if nothing else.
