Had Hillary won the electoral college but Trump won the popular vote, do you think trumps supporters would not have protested?
Seeing how one former Congressman said he would take his musketeers and march on Washington , I don't think they would have behaved any better than what's going on now.
It's not like I expect most of you to a answer honestly, but go right ahead.

The Constitution was written that way SPECIFICALLY so some popular fool wouldn't be elected as President.

That being said, I try to play by the rules and expect the rest of the animals in the zoo to do the same. So if the Hildabeast won I wouldn't go out protesting and burning cars.

I've seen one Trump voter pulled out of his car and beaten. I've seen rioting, violence, and vandalism from the anti-Trump crowds. I don't remember that when Obama was elected in either election. Billy Ryan's argument, as usual, is empty and doesn't hold water.

Don't you remember the firing squads when Reagan was elected President? The killed hundreds of millions in just a few days, there were bodies everywhere....

I think it would benefit most of us to research the history and purpose of the Electoral College before forming an opinion whether is it relevant today or not.

But, human nature being what it is, people will be in favor of whatever would benefit the candidate they wanted to win the election.

Do I dispise Trump and how he ran his campaign? Absolutely. But I love my country and for it to succeed, I have to hope and help President Trump to succeed. I hope the Democrats don't follow the republicans example and say their main priority is to see Trump be a one term president.
Trump won and in January, he will be my President. I want, and will work for the President to be successful.
