Put it at the level of the existing pedestrian overpasses, fund it through a combo of room taxes and low fares, and hire a serious security force to keep it safe and free of porn slappers, water vendors, and other commercial enterprises.

Also like the idea of the MR down the strip and shut it down to cars,be much more easy to navigate walking wise.

I feel so important.

We all want a nice view and most want a high room with a strip view. For me, there is nothing like sitting in the window with a cocktail looking at the strip and nothing more disappointing to me than to be stuck with a bad view.
How about special windows that were all video capable and various cameras on the strip side of the hotel would transfer that image to the crappy view rooms. It would be like closed circuit security cameras but with huge screens.

In a perfect Vegas world, each gambler would have their own cocktail server thereby eliminating the wait for drinks. As another option, a drink dispenser at each machine would also be acceptable.
