Ahh, . . . how enlightening !
But DonDiego suggests that one consider the full quote:

HILLARY CLINTON: Clinton: With all due respect, the fact is we had four dead Americans. Was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night who decided that they’d they go kill some Americans? What difference at this point does it make? It is our job to figure out what happened and do everything we can to prevent it from ever happening again, Senator. Now, honestly, I will do my best to answer your questions about this, but the fact is that people were trying in real time to get to the best information. The IC has a process, I understand, going with the other committees to explain how these talking points came out. But you know, to be clear, it is, from my perspective, less important today looking backwards as to why these militants decided they did it than to find them and bring them to justice, and then maybe we’ll figure out what was going on in the meantime.

Secretary Clinton did bring up some interesting questions. One would hope that there'd be some answers by now.
1.__Umm, . . Were the deaths because of i. some Libyans incensed by a video decided to protest against America by killing the Ambassador or ii. some guys were out for a walk and spontaneously decided to kill the Ambassador ?
2.__What difference at this point does the answer to Question 1 make, . . . if any?
2a.__Specifically, does Ms. Clinton still opine it was a protest against a video as she informed the relatives of one of the deceased Americans ?
2b.__Has the filmmaker of the subject video been arrested as Ms. Clinton promised the parents of Tyrone Woods ?
3.__ Is the actual answer to Ms Clinton's question something other than the two options she offered?
4.__Has Ms. Clinton figured out what the answer to Question 1 is?
5.__Has Ms. Clinton done everything "we" can to prevent it from ever happening again ?
6.__Since it was more "important" to bring the "militants" (apparently not just "some guys . . . out for a walk" as suggested a few sentences earlier) to justice, . . . have they, in fact, been brought to justice ?
Saying what one's job is and doing one's job are not the same thing.
And just saying something does not prove one's sincerity.
DonDiego humbly suggests that before one can judge Ms. Clinton's sincerity with respect to "figuring out what happened and doing everything we can to prevent it from ever happening again", one must have some evidence of what, in fact, she has "figured out" and what, in fact, she has done to "prevent it ever happening again."
. . . . . quite aside from the no doubt impending arrest of the man who produced the video that caused it all.
