In-N-Out Burger

I will be going to Vegas soon (YEAHHHH) and I am hoping someone can tell me the closest In-N-Out Burger to the Strip, or The Orleans, where I will be staying. Sadly, I won't have access to a car while I am in Vegas. I have heard SO much about this place, but have never been close enough to try one. Is it really as good as they say? I have heard there is a Shake Shack in NY. NY. That is on the list to visit too. Can anyone help a lady out?
There is one just west of I-15, about a third of a mile west of the strip.
It's good, but I don't think it's great. I prefer Carl Jr's. I currently live in NY, so no access to either of those, or Jack in the Box.

The closest In-N-Out to the Orleans is just east of the casino. It's located just west of the Interstate, at the corner of Tropicana and Dean Martin Dr. Would be a short walk from the Orleans; walk on the north side of Tropicana towards the Strip...you can't miss it.

Our favorite is the cheeseburger "animal style" with well done fries. The menu is simple but there is also a secret menu which you can google. Great shakes, too.
The last trip, I tried their animal style fries. The first bites were delicious, but after awhile they weren't so great. Perhaps two people eating them faster and they'd be good. A double cheeseburger, animal fries and a soda was nine dollars and change.
Not a good value, in my book.
The one near I-15 is always busy. We always stay out the Orleans but go to the IN and Out on Sahara.
Take Arville (which goes right by the Orleans) head north until you hit Sahara, then take Sahara east about half a mile approx.
They don't have a car. That's a couple miles each way.
In my opinion, it's not worth the walk. Especially if it's hot. They used to be really good and we would always try to hit them up when driving through California. But, out of the last five or six times I've been, I'd say two times the food was what I consider good. I don't even bother to order shakes anymore. I don't know how it's possible to make a warm milkshake but they do it. It's not uncommon to see taxis bringing people there. I'd take a taxi before I'd walk. It's probably way further than it looks. Just like everything else in Vegas.
I ate there once. I was not impressed.
