Is 50% Off at Palms Valid on Bar Tabs or Club Tabs?

I've got some young (20s) friends going to Vegas and was going to suggest they get a MRB.

Could they use the 50% off up to $50 at the Palms for a bar tab or club tab? Or is it just for the gift shop, spa, restaurants and rooms?

Looking at the coupon it says valid for charges in the bars,hotel-room bill,Palms Spa,admission to Rain or Ghost Bar and restaurants Gardunos, Blue Agave,Bistro Buffet or 24/7 Cafe.Also says valid Sunday through Thursday only, no holidays.
