The tickets from Belmont Race Track are the only ones that are really worth any money should the horse win. I guess because there's some kind of notation that says it's from there and not some other OTB.
I'd suggest just going ahead and list your item for sale. IF it does not meet the TOS for eBAY, you'll be told pretty darn quick, the auction listing removed, and perhaps receive a 'warning'.
Just be careful that you 'hide' the serial number or identifier for that ticket, so someone can not come along and claim it as lost from your scanned image.
