Is trump turning into Jimmy Carter?

billryan can not see the forest for the trees. He expects President Trump to fix all of the problems that the Democrats and Obama ignored, and, after 100 days, they should have ALL been done. billryan has the typical shortsightedness of the liberal crybabies who look for anything to bitch about. Apparently billryan expects President Trump to pull the necessary funds out of his ass. Wasteful spending is a Democrap trait, and anyone cutting wasteful spending has to get past the liberal crybabies who have been sucking the government tit while letting the nation go to hell. As time goes on, and the nation gets righted and becomes the once proud country that it was, there will be less of these liberal crybaby roadblocks to deal with. billryan and his ilk will still be mouthing off, but fewer will give him any credence as time ensues. The only gullible one I see posting here is billryan.
Trump has posted his wish budget for the next two years, what he hopes to do between now and Oct 2019. Compare and contrast that to what he promised to do in the first hundred days.
Its really not that difficult. Obviously ,his budget will not survive intact but this is when he draws up his Christmas list after going thru the Christmas Wishbook.
Answer my question you wimpy pussy. Are you falling for this line once again? Lot's of idiots are, so you will be in vogue.

Trump was the one who said he would fund infrastructure in the first 100 days. Instead he is cutting money.
His new budget also calls for three billion dollars in 2018 and 2019 to be spent on a wall estimated to cost between 12 and 21 billion.
Just more outright lies ,told to get the gullible to vote for him.
Remember his promise to fix the shellfish conditions in the inner cities? I suppose none of you really care that he instead is cutting funds for them?

Since you ask so nicely, may I ask you to repost the question.
Sounds like you are celebrating St Paddy's a bit more than suggested.

And that would be a good result?

The United States chose the winner of the Iraq / Iran war. Its made a huge difference in peace in the region, hasn't it?

I've never said I don't want a military that's no longer up to standards in technology, equipment, or manpower. Our country currently spends multiples more on all of those fronts than the next 100 countries combined. I do take issue with that....but mostly I take issue with intervention around the globe in affairs I would argue are not our concern.

Hoops is free to disagree and continue to pretend he is a small government conservative while simultaneously cheering for the 600 billion/year military complex....and demanding we referee conflicts on the other side of the globe. You just might want to get off that whole "small government" bullshit you're always preaching. The programs you support cause much bigger deficts than food stamps.

Which President raised the national debt by almost $10 trillion?

Now that I have your attention, the military spending typically comes in 10 year cycles, democrats decimate the force and the republicans have to spend to rebuild them. If some of your idiots in DC could freaking figure out that its cheaper to keep what you have, then to keep throwing folks out, only to re-fill the positions a decade later.

Carter had an economy that was crap with interest rates in double digits and not to mention high inflation. The current economy is stagnate with a small growth thanks to Obama's "lead from behind" strategy. (how one leads from behind is a mystery) (unless its anal sex, then he who is upright is leading from behind)
Being that you are a military man, I'm surprised by your comment about how does one lead from behind. Perhaps you should read a biography of former President Eisenhower, who lead our troops to victory in Europe without ever stepping foot on an active battlefield during two World Wars.
Carter inherited a horrible economy from Ford( remember those Whip Inflation Now buttons)who inherited one from Nixon, mostly caused by Nixon's decision to leave the Gold Standard.
Personally, I'd love to see the return of High interest rates. I'd be happy to lend the Government all the money I have for 12% a year, like the six month T Notes were paying under Reagan.
