I was never a big fan of George Bush but because I had integrity I didn't entertain BS conspiracies about how he ordered the military to destroy the levies in New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina. And I certainly didn't sink to the scummy level of blaming him for the attacks of terrorists in NYC.

The sad thing about Bengazhi is that there are legitimate lessons to be learned about embassy security going forward. But the short bus stooges running the hearings could care less. They're only interested in chasing Big Foot in Hillary's email accounts and hoping they find something embarrassing. Its a great platform for them to run the country on, isn't it?

PJ - I think you miss the purpose of the Bengazhi commission. The ARB made recommendations to improve security and the State Department (under Hillary) implemented most, if not all, of these recommendations. However, they were still many unanswered questions due to stonewalling by various government agencies including:

A) Why were only eight Bengazhi emails turned over from the Secretary of State when subpoenaed?
B) Why have the relevant emails from the Secretary of State's direct reports yet to be turned over - 3 years later?
C) Why were the PRIMARY email accounts for the SOS and her direct reports NOT found on government servers?
D) Why was the President not engaged for 7 hours during the attack?
E) Why were American's killed while "lighting up" targets for an air strike that never happened?
F) Why were the parents of soldiers told the deaths of their children were caused due to a youtube video when government officials told their families and foreign officials it was a terrorist attack?

The purpose of the ARB was to understand security issues and implement changes and they did their job. The purpose of the Bengazhi commission is to answer unanswered questions for the families and the American people. The purpose of the FBI investigation is to determine if laws were broken in the handling of sensitive and confidential information. The government ALWAYS works slowly, especially when parties do not respond properly to subpoenas. However, I believe the process is working and I learned quite a bit watching the testimony last week.

I watched for 4 hours while Congress blasted Hillary regarding the subject matter of an email someone else sent to her. Then they kept insisting the military was available to assist in Bengazhi when the Dept of Defense has said again and again and again that they were not available. It was a pretty desperate and embarrassing show of stupidity.

Politically, its fine for Hillary. The half-pints running the circus are out of their league and have had a hard time reconciling their baseless fairy tales with the facts derived from the investigations.

It sure was convenient during a Presidential campaign to blame a video, because the narrative was "Al Qaeda was defeated", even if it meant lying to a grieving mother at the casket of her son. This is not the type of person I want to be President.

Hate to burst your bubble but I'm afraid you are the one who missed the real purpose of the Bengazhi commission. You know, the thing a number of Republicans already admitted publicly: "discredit Hillary in every possible way, strictly for political gain for the Republican party". What a great and very noble way of burning taxpayer's money.
