It's happened again-another stabbing death on the strip

It happens. Las Vegas has its share of crime just like every other city. Fortunately, most of the crimes committed are not just random acts of violence against tourists. But the recent stabbings are still troubling. Definitely not good for business if people are afraid to visit.

I live in Atlanta, and last week we celebrated 8 separate shootings in one day!! We may not be #1 in crime, but we are going to try our hardest to take that title by the end of summer!!

I was talking to an Atlanta cop about the increasing crime and he made a point saying that 90% of the murders are just gangbangers killing each other and thats what happens over the summer. No jobs, nothing to do but cause havoc.

Eventually/Hopefully they will just kill each other out..

and while Im on my soapbox, I've noticed more groups of kids pulling smash and grabs at the malls and gas stations, but why does the news keep calling it "flash mobs" of kids stealing. Last time I saw a "flash mob" it was about 40 theatre students performing a surprise dance in the middle of a crowd..
Call it what it is: rioting. But I guess we need to make crime as soft as possible to protect those precious kids.

marko..
Something really has to be done about these Flash Mobs ! ! !

Detroit will always be #1 in my book, although they are running out of folks to kill.
This would never happen downtown.
