Don't your remember about 3 weeks ago the county got what was termed a microburst.
The cool front from the west and the hot front from the east collided into San Diego county.
In Rancho San Diego, the temp went from 108 degrees to 79 degrees in about 3 or 4 minutes.
Then it rained and the temps went back up to about 105 degrees in less than 30 minutes.
The wind gusts were over 50 mph and trees were all over the streets, on buildings and cars.
It was a real mess. I called it a mini hurricane. I never saw anything like it in my 28 years here.
Matched with the humidity of the hurricanes from Baja Mexico and its been a mess the last part of summer. We are still not home free yet as temps soar around and over 100 degrees.
