That many Chicagoans are just lousy marksman. So far this weekend, and it's early yet, 40 people have been shot but (thankfully) 'only' 4 are dead so far. I have yet to hear one reporter ask Rahm Emmanuel about the violence here. How can the mayor hide from this? When you talk about ineptitude, I offer Rahm as a prime example. For over 2 years the deaths have been piling up with no end in sight......how much longer can this go on?
