Which is more likely to have happened?
1) The neighboring leagues allowed JR gerrymandering the borders to get all the good players or
2) the neighboring leagues gerrymandered JR so it got all the minority players.
Since BM is such an expert on Little League, how about he define the boundaries of his local league. He expects every ten year old and their parents,excluding the unknown fathers, to know their boundaries. Surely he is as knowledgeable as a minority ten year old.

Boiler has not met Dom's father since he is no longer alive. I have met Don's mother and hosted a party for Mom and seven additional Dom's family members.

Boiler somehow thinks he's the center of the universe and continues to use LVA as his personal soap box. Some think Boiler is one sick puppy and the more he tries to convince people he's not the more he fails. But even that seems to be way over his head. One would almost feel sorry for him........almost.........
