JCPenney in Hot Water

JCPenney received complaints after California drivers noted the resemblance of a JCPenney tea kettle to Adolph Hitler on this billboard along the 405.

DonDiego does NAZI the resemblance.
So then the Furher must have written that song "I'm a little teapot"???
I actually saw that billboard while driving down the 405. All I thought was whether that teapot really comes with a bell on its spout.
JC Penny got lots of marketing and financial problems these days.

They lost my business when they went to the fair and square system. Base prices no coupons. I got sticker shock when I went to buy something. I don't like not being able to use coupons and get the best deal. Clothes go out of style very fast and I do not want to pay alot for something I can buy on sale.
Seems like some overly sensitive people to me. This reminded me of a scene from Annie Hall.

It was so offensive that they wound up selling out all the teapots. That was reported on the TODAY Show today.
People have too great an imagination. It's a teapot afterall .

DonDiego thinks there's more to this phenomenon than just coincidence.
