Jeb's in trouble?

Sure looks like his campaign has lost steam, actually I don't think it had much steam to begin with except for the huge war chest he had initially. I think his backers are losing faith, the guy is clumsy and about dry as dust, charisma is not his middle name. The Donald hasn't dropped any bombshell PR's or anything and has dropped. I don't get that the press keeps saying anything Carson says as a gaffe, methinks the press is picking on him a bit.

I had forgotten the next debate was in a couple days, really wondering how it will shape up. Anyone having friends, pizza and popcorn to mock the candidates again? Wish I were that open minded, but I only follow a certain path and not open to any opposing thoughts.

Looking forward to the debate (just as I did the Dem. debate) and hear what they all have to say and watch how it goes down.
I'm thinking that war chest is only available IF he meets certain conditions. As bad as he is doing, I'd figure he's toast in the next month or 2.
I really don't think his heart is in it and he is doing it because of his family and other supporters.

Certainly doesn't look like it.

It's still early. Around this time in 2007 Hillary was a huge favorite to win, and Giuliani had a very big lead. Also around this time, McCain was still badly damaged after having to fire much of his campaign staff a few months earlier. Of course he came roaring back to win the nomination, and might have won it all if it hadn't been for the half-governor of Alaska.

There are two types of polical prognosticators; those who don't know what is going to happen, and those who know they don't know what is going to happen. I identify with the latter.
There is one other type of political prognosticators - those who lie thru their teeth....
If Bush is done then so are Republicans' hope for the white house in 2016. He's the only Republican candidate Latino's might be open to voting for - well except for Lindsay Graham and his campaign died before it gave birth.

The Republican committee issued an autoposy of their defeat in 2012. It had some good advice in it for the party going forward...and some very basic math about demographics in key states. Maybe Republican candidates will get around to reading it before the 2020 election.,

He has lots of PAC money, but the problem is he can’t use that money to pay his day to day campaign expenses. He has the same problem Walker did. He built a big nationwide campaign infrastructure and then the donations dried up when he failed to deliver in poll numbers or debate performances. He is in danger of running out of cash for day to day operations which would force him to withdraw from the race. His angry comment about not caring the other day on FOX news could be the final nail in the coffin of his campaign. That would leave Rubio as the only establishment approved candidate. He has the opposite problem. He never saw himself as anything more than a candidate for VP, so he has no infrastructure.
I know quite a few Republicans and conservatives. Not one of them has expressed any support for Bush as the 2016 R nominee. Bush is the guy Democrats and major media outlets want to be the nominee. That's how McCain got on the ballot, and to a lesser extent, Romney too.

There is not a democrat I know that wants Bush on the ballet. We would rather see Trump or Carson as they would guarantee a Democratic victory.
