I just read PA law forbids recounts based on court orders. I suppose a Fed. court ruling would supercede that?

What happens to the millions of dollars she's collected for the recount if there isn't one? Does she refund the money or does it go into her coffers as Trump alleged from the beginning?

Any leftover funds would go into the Green Party coffers.

If stein is so concerned about the process, why doesn't she demand a recount in N Hampshire, where the margin is about 3,000 votes? is it because it is a state that clinton won?
