Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville

Going to Vegas with some friends and they want to try Margaritaville. I've never stopped there (always too crowded) and I was wondering if the food was decent or should we just stick with the drinks? Any info would help. Thanks a bunch....(grish)

I've had their Volcano Nachos. They were very good...(for Nachos) and a big serving. 2 of us split one. It was still too much food.
I've ate there about 3 times and everytime it's been very good food..
I make it a stop every time I come to Vegas. Always get an order of the Volcano Nachos and order of jerk wings.

go for lunch...never seems as crowded. try and sit in the downstairs area. the porch isn't nearly as much fun. The food is good, not great but good. you should have a great time anyway. Enjoy!
We always make this a stop on our trips - love the atmosphere, the music, and the food is pretty good too! Since they are usually fairly busy, they have a seating policy that makes sure as much of the available seating as possible is in use - if you're going with a group you've all got to be there at the same time in order to get seated, otherwise you have to wait for the stragglers to show up before they seat you at a table. That way they don't set up a table for ten and end up with 4 people sitting at it while others are lining up in the entryway waiting to get in.
Across the street from Margaritaville you'll see some umbrellas next to the Forum Shop's fountains - La Salsa, They also have an inside bar with a boatload of top shelf tequilas for sippin. Excellent margaritas & very good food.

Margaritaville in Vegas has a good vibe excellent bartenders and servers and the food is well above average. I've been to the Pensacola and Panama City locations in the last year and the food was slightly better at both but not near as much fun as Vegas.
I second the nachos as well.
