Jodi Aria, what's your thoughts?

I've only seen bits & pieces and at first I thought she was full of lies but later I got the impression that she may have been emotionally/sexually abused by Travis. With the jury still out since Friday I'm guessing they are at odds in delivering a verdict. Any other thoughts? She was described as a sex maniac. Every guy's dream girl, well not to the point of being murdered.

If on the jury I would voter her guilty.

They've reached a verdict - to be announced at 4:30 EST today.

Guilty of Murder in the First Degree.

The Jury will reconvene on Thursday to consider aggravating factors.
__If there are no aggravating factors, the Judge will sentence her to i. Life or ii. 25-years with possibility of parole thereafter.
__If there are aggravating factors the Jury may impose the Death Sentence or Life in Prison. If the Jury decides NO death penalty or cannot decide on the death penalty, the Judge imposes one of the the same penalties indicated above.

If the death penalty is imposed Ms. Arias will be transferred to the Lumley Unit at the Arizona State Prison Complex – Perryville in Goodyear, Arizona, . . . just west of Phoenix.

She has stated that she wants the death penalty. If she did this in California, she would have a better than 50/50 chance of dying of old age before being put to death. if she did this in Texas or Florida, you better turn the hourglass over and start watching her time that is left.
