Well, you do seem to be supporting him, by saying he wasn't to blame. And yes, in this society we DO blame people who commit crimes for the consequences of those crimes. And it's SHOCKING that you would ask.

As for lax enforcement of laws, this is also a standard condition of life. Do you actually believe that ALL laws are equally well enforced, EVERYWHERE, at ALL times? If so, you've lost your marbles. The police patrol the areas they CHOOSE to patrol, and they've been doing it that way for thousands of years!! In this country, that's only unlawful if it violates a constitutional standard. Can you cite a constitutional standard violated by the INS, at the behest of Pres. Obama?

Did George Ryan, former governor of Illinois and former resident of the Terra Haute prison, make the list ?

No.

The Judicial Watch list comprises "Washington’s 'Ten Most Wanted Corrupt Politicians' for 2013". So Governor Ryan misses the list based upon location and timeliness.

However Governor Ryan has qualified for NBC Channel 5 Chicago's list: The 12 Most Corrupt Public Officials In Illinois History.
And also Real Clear Politics: The Ten Most Corrupt Politicins in US History.

Not really a coincidence, if we have faith in the organization's self-description:

"Judicial Watch, Inc., a conservative, non-partisan educational foundation,"
Oh it's much worse than that.

It's a birther site, founded by Larry Klayman, who once "convicted" Barack Obama for forging his birth certificate, and said that Obama should put down the Quran and come out with his hands up. Klayman's 2013 march on Washington drew less than 100.

Back in the day, I'll bet jphelan used to laugh at people like Klaymn; those who screamed about commie plots and outside agitators and Fluoride. Same with DonDiego. But a couple of decades of Fox, Limbaugh, etc. changes some people, and I think it's pathetic.

Yep, "lost your marbles" pretty much sums up what has happened here on LVA-- sad, isn't it?

You know when fluoridation began?...1946. 1946, Mandrake. How does that coincide with your post-war Commie conspiracy, huh? It's incredibly obvious, isn't it? A foreign substance is introduced into our precious bodily fluids without the knowledge of the individual, and certainly without any choice. That's the way your hard-core Commie works.

What about "I am not a Ryan supporter" did you not understand?

"seems to be", "Birther site" - I must have hit a nerve.

What constitutional standard has been violated -- I'll bite. How about sanctuary cities who choose to not report illegal immigrants they arrest and a federal government that encourages and embraces this illegal practice.

No nerves were harmed in the production of these posts; if you had cited a kiddie-porn site or a white supremacy site, I would have also called you out for it with blinking an eye.

And after promising a turnout of over a million, your bud Klayman drew less than 100 attendees. These days you birthers even embarrass Republicans, which is saying a lot. And admit it: you used to laugh at the commie plot/outside agitators/Fluoride crowd, right?

And one more thing. Shame on you for your pretend quote. The ONLY person who wrote "seems to be" on this thread is YOU. I try to never use phrases like that or end accusations with question marks, because it is frequently a sign of moral cowardice. But I must say, it fits you like a glove.

Use the search button and see where "seem to be" is first used in this thread. It was not me.

It was jillyf - I quoted "seem to be" from:

"Well, you do seem to be supporting him, by saying he wasn't to blame"

If you ever had credibility - it is lost again.

That's exactly what I did, and I control-f'ed "seems" and only found your entry.

So I knew you were a birther. And therefore, I knew you were an embarrassment to most Americans, including Republicans. But I assumed you could spell. My mistake.
