Just booked our April trip!!!!

Seems like it has been forever.....I think because it has been forever!!!
This is our first trip in 2 years. We are going for my 40th birthday celebration!!! DAMN, I'm getting old. Anyway, airfare is crazy expensive. We booked Sunday through Friday, Southwest, direct flights and our hotel all through Southwest.com.....Flying out of Cleveland.

Staying 5 nights at Golden Nugget (Rush Tower)....Looking forward to the new tower.

Any suggestions on a location for a birthday dinner?

Walk over to the Fremont and have dinner at the 2nd Street Grill.

A few years ago I asked on this forum about a nice sit down restaurant downtown and Sue Casey was
kind enough to recommend the 2nd Steet Grill. Very nice place.

I made reservations for us at The Chart House Restaurant at Golden Nugget. Anyone eaten there?

I enjoyed the Chart House at the Golden Nugget. It is a chain, but the one in the Nugget seemed to be ran more like a fine dining restaurant. The service was superb the one time I ate there.
