I just don't understand folks these days.....

The parents were sentenced as well they should have been, but...... I didn't see any legal ramifications listed for the owner of Shorty's, that agreed to and consumated the deal. Yet another reason to call used car salesmaen scumbags!!!!!!!!!!!!

The owner of Shorty's was not involved. Their manager/salesman, Bearden, was.

Davis' husband, James Davis, 39, and used-car salesman Robert Bearden, 67, both pleaded guilty to molestation. They were sentenced to 10 years in prison and 10 years probation.

The worst of it is the fact that they are dealing in non-legal tender. (at least in the US) If they were in an Arab country then that would be a different story. (some countries, women are considered property)
