Based on forky's chart the top 1% pays about $6k in taxes, which seems very low.

When we were in Vegas in Feb we went with some friends to look at a home that was selling for about $200k, with real estate taxes of $4k, which in forky world leave about $2k in sales taxes. With a Clark County sales tax rate of 8%, I find it very difficult to believe that someone with several hundred $k in disposable income only paying $2k in sales taxes.

Zillow shows a ton of houses with taxes under $2,000. I put in maximum price of $500,000 and max lot size of one acre and pages of them popped up. Put a max price of 250,000 and you get quite a few.
