So why would you demand that he does?

I would have thought it was very obvious. He is on here advocating for the poor, but doesn't raise a finger or do a thing about contributing money and volunteering with charities. I find volunteer work to be very fulfilling. It's just like the pleasure of gift giving on a birthday or Christmas.
If you paid attention you would have seeen that much of my advocating was for the middle class. You know, the middle class in, for instance Nevada, that pays four times the state and local tax rate compared with the top one percent.

Should I be doing volunteer work for the middle class?

Yet another truly disingenuous answer from you and you never answered my point.

On behalf of most middle class citizens, I don't feel like I have been slighted by the top 1% at all. When they buy a multi-million dollar mansion, they pay much more in property taxes than me. By the way, they are allowed to only deduct mortgage interest on a loan of 1.1 million or less, so there is another point you failed to address. I also realize when they buy a six figure car, or extravagant furniture that they are also paying more sales tax than me. They can afford to buy more cars and more furniture than me, but per capita, they are paying more in taxes.
I'm happy for you.

I just happen to think the super-wealthy should pay the same total state and local tax rate as the other 99%. Instead of, in the case of Nevada, paying only one fourth that amount. Let's agree to disagree on this one.

I'm sorry you were raised in a fashion to blame people who worked hard their whole lives, and took risks, so that you can blame your position in life on them. Your statistic is totally misleading. If you take per capita, the rich pay far more in property and sales taxes. They've always paid much more in income taxes.
Kasich got the meat sweats stuffing his face in the Bronx today. pretty funny. He's a very likeable guy....too bad he's politically insane.
Getting back to the original topic. Nice video of Hillary trying to use a metro card on the subway. She tried to swipe 5 times before getting thru the turnstile. Probably because she never rode the subway before.

She also rode only one stop.
I've noticed again that many Liberals place great political importance on one's use of a fork while eating pizza, and now one's sweating while eating Italian food in a hot room? This is often when a funny picture of a fork is posted, isn't it? Apparently when some don't have an important policy to chat about, they're left to talk about forks and sweat.

It's "insane".

Unlike knives and sweat, this is an important topic. Hillary is telling voters that she's one of you..........one of the masses, one of the common people. Once again, she's lying. Short of when attempting to trick to voter, Hillary wouldn't be caught dead on the subway in NY with the "common people".

Have you heard that California is the "soak the rich" state? But that 8.7% total state and local tax rate that the wealthiest pay: That's what Texans making $35,000-$56,000 pay. And if you're in Indiana and make $34,000-$85,000 you probably pay a much higher rate. Ditto Kansas, where you'd pay a much higher rate than the wealthiest Californians if you are solidly middle class.

So the next time you hear politicians brag that Texas or Kansas or Indiana have low tax rates, understand that they're not talking about the middle class. They're talking about the rich. And that's class warfare.

California has a 9.3% tax rate for people who make more than $50,000. They now have added 10.3%, 11.3, 12.3 and 13.3 brackets. At the time the top rate was 9.3%, no other state accelerated through the income brackets as quickly. For several years now, California has been voted 50 out of 50 of the worst state to conduct business. There are taxes the rich pay and the poor don't pay in California. Once again, Forkie is making a total fool of himself. I'm just sad that he is such a hypocrite and doesn't do anything for the poor in Nevada, with what he saves in income taxes.

Stop right there; the state income tax is not the only tax people pay. And including all state and local taxes, the wealthy in California pay the same rate that the middle class does in Texas.

I guess they should call Texas the "soak the middle class" state.
I would like to continue talking about why Kisich eating pizza with a fork, and his sweating in a hot room while eating Italian food proves that he's unfit to become president.
No one made that point. It's called humor.
