Oh, but to your point. Obviously you've never had to work in any sort of customer service position. "Putting up with shit" from irrational people is something they deal with almost every day. Nothing wrong with that. Somebody's got to do it. Somebody's got to clean the bathrooms too. Glad its not me. I apologize if that perspective hurts your feelings.
