I don't think old Kurt thinks about all of the other people on his racing team that he hurts, including his owners, when he pulls his shenanigans. He cost a lot of people money.
That being said, he probably did learn his lesson, and will be read the riot act by someone willing to pick him up.
Kurt should have learned his lesson back when Jack Rousch parked his ass at the end of the 2005 season, for his shenanigans....but he didn't.
Kyle should have learned his lesson after his incident with law enforcement and the confrontation with Harvick, that put him on probation....but he didn't.
These spoiled rotten kids inheritted that asshole gene from his pops, whom I understand from local racers here in Vegas, that he is just like his fucked up kids.
Finally, Roger grew a set and got rid of the pesky elder shrub. A bit overdue if you ask me, but better late than never.
3 viable candidates for that job. Ragan, Reutimann, and Vickers. Hornish needs another year or two in the minors before he is ready for the Cup level....so don't see him in that seat.....at least not in 2012.

Damn!! The Busch Boys and Vegas have things similar, They both gambled and lost this past year! Only one has a ride and the other will end up in the Arca series and still not win another championship
