Las Vegas Blackjack Survey by Michael Shackleford (the Wizard of Odds)

Thought this might interest some folks here.

"The following table shows only true 3-2 Blackjack games in the Las Vegas area. Prior to July 1, 2010, the information was provided by the Current Blackjack News. Unfortunately, revenue to this site is not enough to justify the monthly expense for the information, so I have had to go back to doing my own survey. Any casinos with blank fields for the minimum and maximum bet likely have not been updated since 2006, so please take them with a grain of salt. I know the survey is pretty sad at the moment, but it will get better. I hope to cover the entire Strip by July 24. The house edge figures are assuming total-dependent basic strategy and a cut card. "

Thanks Rosie. I'm a member of MS's site and he's worthy of all support. I had noticed some discrepancies on my last 2 visits. Long live 3/2...oh, and the Bill of Rights.
Thanks for sharing (insert that No 6:5 logo here)
Resurrecting this very old thread; Shackleford's blackjack survey has always been a helpful resource for our trips.

Over at least the last month, though, it's been unavailable, I keep getting a 403 Forbidden error message. Anybody know what the deal is?

It's unfortunate that the idea of hitting soft-17 in multi-deck games has become so common. DonDiego is glad he frequented Las Vegas when things were better for the player.

Amen to that, I remember 2 dollar double deck at the Barbary Coast with great odds. You could play to your hearts content for $30.00. I actually walked away a winner more times than not.

I also remember two dollar Blackjack at Caesar's with stand on soft 17, double on anything, and surrender. I actually got a comped room and a gourmet meal by playing two dollar blackjack. Those were the good days in Vegas where they remembered your name even at my level of play.

Funny, I'm still getting the Forbidden message with that link. Must be something with my machine.

Check your pop-up blocking systems.
I see that the lowest denomination for the dlr. stand on soft 17 is $25.Bally's and the T.I. Any more?
Hard to find a single deck game, anymore and they are usually full-go late night or early mornings,I think.
If the table is full, you see ONE round, that's it.
Double decks are fine with me for that reason.
I get to count a little.
I don't surrender unless I'm counting.
I don't insure unless I'm counting.
Downtown casinos generally, have lower minimums.
