Las Vegas Club Sale

I have never stayed at the Las Vegas Club but have played in the casino many times. I've usually been lucky and won or at the least broke even. I've always thought that it could be much better than it was, so I'm hoping that Mr. Stevens has some great ideas for the property. It would be great for the Fremont area if he does.

Hard to imagine a big investment in the hotel itself. downtown Grand cant fill its rooms...and Binions Hotel is still closed because their owners dont see a payback in renovating. i guess we'll see what happens

I do see some improvements to the casino floor and entertainment coming. "Mr. Stevens" had plans for that end of the FSE as soon as the GG proved a success. I just wish there was something he could do about that monstrosity of an eye sore that anchors that end of the slotzilla zip line. It's the only thing that has kept me from my dream of buying the Plaza and renovating it to a resort better than the Golden Nugget. Well, that and all the money it would take.

So instead of 400 tiny rooms that they couldn't sell for $25 a night, they should turn it into 100 giagantic party rooms...that each sleep up to 8 people....and go for $150 a night.

They could call it the Flophouse.

Alanleroy is a marketing genius. Turn it into a hostel for all the hucksters. And throw in a free hat at check in.

A lot of people go to Vegas in some kind of group. Like a Bachelor or Bachelorette party or reunions or birthdays or whatever. It's just so hard to manage when you've got people in 4 different rooms or multiple hotels. So the New Vegas Club caters to groups.

Each massive party room has 3 or 4 TV's, a nice sound system, 2 or 3 bathrooms and a big common area with a home sized fridge, tables and chairs and sofas. We can even have some double sized rooms that sleep 12 and include 2 Jacuzzis.

Will these party rooms be available for hourly rates?
With clean linen, or will that be included in the "resort fee"?

You're not getting it. These rooms aren't for prostitutes. They're for Groups. Like Reunions or Bachelor Parties. Orgies are ok too...But this isn't some flea bag hourly motel. It's upscale group accomodations.

Well, that settles it, hookers for everyone.
