This one.

The local KFC closes and becomes a medical marijuana store. Randy Marsh wants some of that good MM so he puts his balls in the microwave to get testicular cancer. It works, he gets giant balls (turns out the ladies love big balls) he gets the weed and he finds a new method of transportation. His brilliant idea catches on with other locals.
