What is up with the housing at Coyote Springs? I know it is in default and been passed around a bit. Is the golf course being kept up? Coming out end of this month and would like to go play Springs if it is in decent shape. I have heard thru Ken2V that it is a great trac. Just wondering if the failing subdivision has affected the course?
