Between what was spent on the upgrade and what you hope to receive, how much potential profit?

When all said and done I will have spent about $100k. I plan to get that back plus about $80k. I won't be selling this one for about another year and a half though.

What is up with the housing at Coyote Springs? I know it is in default and been passed around a bit. Is the golf course being kept up? Coming out end of this month and would like to go play Springs if it is in decent shape. I have heard thru Ken2V that it is a great trac. Just wondering if the failing subdivision has affected the course?

I have not played out there but I have heard good things about the course. As for the building of new homes I have not heard of any new building going on out there since the recession but I do not do any business in that area so I may be out of the loop if something has changed recently out there.
