Las Vegas Strip Map

Hi all,

First of all thank you for very, very constructive criticism, and of course couple hate comments, and thank you to those who liked it.

Anyway, I took all of your comments and made the update to the map. Added missing hotels, and corrected the mispelled words.

Hi jessicavegas!

A few more cosmetic corrections....Encore is on the Wrong side of LV Blvd. City Center is still missing. Cromwell is on the wrong side of The Flamingo. Harrahs is on wrong of The LINQ. Palazzo is on the wrong side of Wynn. It's Circus Circus. It's MGM Grand. You did an excellent job fixing the Caesars Spelling.
SEE? These people KNOW 'Vegas. A few live there. It's not hate mail.
I still like the BLING graphics,Jessica.
Lions and tigers and bears,OH MY!
We are not in Kansas anymore,Toto.

These are snarling, blood-thirsty wolverines!

Alaneroy's cosmetic correction suggestions were stated as nice as possible.
Nice but needs cross streets.

Answer to your next question...... "No, I don't want cheese on that".

Sorry Jessica, I was just kidding around. I assume that you just threw this together very quickly and didn't do a little more research on the locations or used old maps to compile yours. The way things change in Vegas, even a map that's only one year old can be out of date. Case in point, after May 4th, The Riv will be gone and a map you buy today will be obsolete. Keep trying and good luck.

Luckily, her map never included the Riviera. You know, she could probably leave off "Circus" too if she wants to be really forward looking. Then she'd have room over there for City Center. It's close enough for map work.
Jessica, I like the hotel name-line-dot system of hotel locations. The Strip is so crowded it is near impossible to get all typewritten names on their exact spot.

Now, if you can get the right order of hotels on both sides of the Strip, you will be on your way to having a useful Strip hotel/casino map.

Slots-a-Fun is a tiny joint next to and south of Circus Circus on the west side of Las Vegas Blvd. It may be a thing of the past soon as well, but as far as I know it is still there.

I remember how it feels to work so hard on a project only to have it returned for corrections, but you want it to be as near to accurate as possible.

Good project, just keep at it until your eyeballs bleed, then have others who know the Strip and/or have a current map proof it at least twice more.

It is very difficult to proof read our own work, because we KNOW what WE intended, and it isn't easy to spot our own mistakes.

I don't think CC is going anywhere, everything I've read about CC is it's actually one of MGM's cash cows.
