Yes, there is that. Oops, I left my card in the slot machine and when I came back, it was gone. Until they start asking for id, like they do in some lounges, they can say what they want. Let's see them screw with premium players over a lost card, and wait until a Diamond players comps drop because someone is using the card they lost for free parking and screwing up their ADT.
