Las Vegas vs the stock market. Better bet...

What does Toomany do for a living? With my job, and with Trumps companies, a score is kept. We are measured strictly by our performance. This performance is measure in profits.

I suspect that Toomany does not hold such a job. Hillary has never held such a job. Obama has never held such a job. With such as job as Trumps, there is nowhere to hide, there is no one to blame. Obama and Liary have made a career of blaming others.

Finally we have someone in the White House who understands the importance of winning. Not the importance of talking about winning, not claiming to have won. Actually winning. Some folks will never understand. They demand participation trophies.

I love it when boils pretends he has a job that matters. WINNING!!!!!!
I'm paid on a percentage of the money that I make for the company. There are no excuses. If I produce nothing, I'm paid nothing. Billy wouldn't understand.

Your right. I don't understand people working for a fraction of what they make. I sold about $4,000 worth of stuff this week. Cost me $600 and eBay got $400. Rest goes in my pocket, not my masters. It was a rough week. Had to go to Fed Ex Office three times. I usually go twice, so this week was fifty percent more work than normal.Cut into my pool time.

Wow. eBay charges 10%. I don't use them or shop online, but I wouldn't have thought that. Can anyone on here have a conversation without attacking each other. Have you leaned nothing from this election. This is why people vote for trump. Politicians have set this negative dialogue.

We can disagree or discuss matter without a them and us or you I have not had sleep for 2 weeks. This negativity is what brought us to this place as a culture. I, personally, voted for a straight shooter, who right or wrong would speak his truth regardless of his accusers. In my opinion, that is as honest as a person can be. Just say your opinion and accept others opinions as theirs with respect and kindness. Our country needs to grow up. I have no idea where this juvenile behavior came from.

I needed an outlet to vent over this stressful election. For that, I am grateful. Moving on with my life. I was trying to bring it back round to Vegas wth this thread. Guilty of still having some election trauma on my mind. I can't sleep for more than 3 hours at a time. We need a peaceful and loving society that respect each other and our differences.

Two favorite quotes

"We all have a story to tell"

"It takes an intelligent mind to be able to entertain a thought while still rejecting it"

I do not need to agree with everyone or like everyone. I just mind my own business and hang out where I enjoy the company. I do not seek out atheist meeting or marijuana shops or comic book stores for that matter. As for public policy, the majority rules and we need to have honest politicians allowing voters to be educated and vote their conscience. End of story. Let's move on.
Except when the majority doesn't, as in this election.
Yes, eBay charges 10%. It's a small price to get my goods exposed worldwide. It's actually a bit less now that my store is up and running and some seller incentives are kicking in.
Sotheby charges 12 % plus a buyer premium so for every $100 a buyer spends, I only get $82.
Heritage is worse. Some consignment shops charge 35%.
Do you have a specific item/category that you sell, or is it just whatever you can find a good deal on?

My job survived your hero Dumya's recession it will survive your other hero Trump's, unless he gets us into global nuclear war.

We know if you don't get out to your job begging for quarters on the highway offramp that you won't get paid.

During the green lights though you might want to borrow a book from the library it's called learning Russian for
Dummies, even you might be able to understand it. How do you say bankruptcy in Russian???

About sixty percent of my selling is Golden and Siver Age comics that I bought in the 1980s,but I've been hitting a lot of estate sales and I have a very good eye for spotting value. Sometimes you just get lucky. I recently paid $37 for a tub that contained a bunch of boxed Barbies. At the bottom was an album with $45 in golden dollars and an envelope with $705 in us postage stamps.
