Actually your statement is not accurate - with regard to the bail in the felony, most judges would allow a defendant to get out on bail despite the other pending legal issues, due to the charge being a low degree felony and the overcrowding of jails. HOWEVER, and this remains to be seen, a probation violation can still be issued in relation to her DUI case, and the judge who is overseeing Lohan's probation can still find that she violated her probation and put her in jail, even if she hasn't been found guilty yet on the felony theft case.

There are NO pics of Lindsay at her arraignment this past week sans panties. I looked at several dozen pics of her getting out of the car....nothing.
If there were pics, every celebrity gossip site on earth would at least have mentioned it, and/or have the pic or at least a link to it. None have.
As an aside, the white dress that she wore flew of the racks at $575 a pop, and they are now scrambling to keep up with demand.

You are absolutely correct, cheapandirty. No Judge want's to stick someone in an already over crowded jail for these alleged offenses. Especially when there is virtually zero chance of them fleeing justice.

Lindsay may be a lot of things, but ordinary ain't one of them.
