LINQ construction

I will be staying at the Flamingo end of August. Is the LINQ construction behind Flamingo and Imperial Palace causing problems (noise, dust, swimming pools closed)?

I was in LV last weekend. It is closing one lane on LV Blvd in front of the Flamingo, Imperial Palace, and around there.

I'd love to hear back from you about how the Linq construction is affecting that area

Anyone know when this whole thing is to be completed ?

At the speed I've seen things move at during my visits this year (January, May & July) it probably will be done sometime in 2014.
