WTh is it??? Are they tearing down IP, and Where is O Sheas on the strip?

Dude, scroll down to page 4 of this forum, for the thread called "Changes soming (sic)..." It's right above the thread about the Burger King (RIP).

Basically, they're building ANOTHER high-end shopping mall, because changing 6-5 blackjack to 21-20 blackjack was deemed impractical.

They are not tearing down IP. They will be tearing down O'Shea's, which is on the corner (between IP and Flamingo).

It looks like it is going to be about 70% restaurants and bars. O'sheas in it's current form will be torn down. There will be a walkway (linq) from harrahs to flamingo. The walkway will be approximately where the fast food is it O'sheas now. O'sheas will be redone in some form further back. It doesn't sound like it will have a lot of actual shops but we will see. The Vegas Gang podcast covered it pretty well.
