Interesting answers . The 3 that I would like to hear more about would the the Gold Spike, Desert Inn, and the Dunes. Was the Desert Inn as cool as it seemed to be?? I was in the casino once but never stayed there. When I was in there, I did see Arnold Palmer there. He was at the craps table but not sure that he was playing.
The Desert Inn was really a great place.Smaller casino however it just felt elegant and very adult.I loved the chandaliers.My favorite though was their chips,they had a piece of metal in the center with a polished ,smoother feel and I loved playing with them while playing BJ/crap.The Dunes was the first place we ever stayed due to the fact they had a golf course but we never played.lol.Thanks for letting me walk down memory lane.
