I'm curious. How much are the monthly HOA fees for your unit?
Sorry for the delayed response as I was out of town for the Holiday. That unit has monthly HOA dues of $1,047/mo.

Please let me know if you have any other questions. Or feel free to email me directly for a faster response.

Monthly payment is 1,047/mo, covers AC maintenance, insurance, water, sewer, trash, valet, exterior maintenance

There is no gas at Veer

They have their own power plant so power is billed thru them, but it is not included in the HOA payment.

Sorry. I have no intention of buying a place, but I was curious about the HOA fees. While that amount is high, I've heard of them exceeding $2,000 per month for many of the luxury condos. Since the building is not filled, are unit owners completely splitting the costs or are part of the costs paid by the seller?
It is negotiable per deal. But normally the seller brings the HOA fees current, then who pays the transfer fees and any other capital contributions etc are negotiated and paid at closing. All future HOA dues would be paid by the new owner.

Will they be booking these units out to the general public for nights that the owner isn't there, similar to other condos in Vegas?

Unfortunately, no they are not condotels. Part of the tower is rented out as a hotel and the other part as condos. However, the part that is condos can not have any short term rentals.
